At ROEH, every piece is created with purpose. We work to make sure your order is carefully prepared and delivered as smoothly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before they are shipped.

Once your order is processed, it will be created and shipped through our fulfillment partners.

Shipping Time

After your order is shipped, delivery times may vary. Most orders arrive within approximately 15 business days or more, depending on location, production time, shipping carrier, and other factors.

Because ROEH products are made specifically for each order, please allow time for your item to be created before it is shipped.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Customers can use the tracking details provided to follow the progress of their order.

Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

ROEH is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances outside of our control. If your package is delayed, lost, or stolen, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
